Manda University’s Department of Christian Leadership offers programs that will train students to become valuable, efficient Christian leaders in the church, as well as in non-profit religious organizations.
You will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead and manage various religious organizations, including places of worship. You will gain useful tools to successfully direct programs, manage staff and volunteers, and create an effectual environment. Additionally, we will enable you with the abilities to plan, develop, build, and organize Christian ministries and other religious organizations.
Students who are called to Christian leadership will gain the knowledge, empowerment, and confidence to succeed in any Christian ministry or religious organization.
This degree program prepares the student for Christian leadership positions within the church and religious organizations. The program combines practical managerial skills and theories with solid Biblical standards.
The first 21 courses may also apply towards an Associate’s degree.
