✓ An overview of the candidate’s Christian development including a description of their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

✓ Mention any criminal record and explain how it happened.

✓ List educational background,including including institution of learning, dates of attendance, courses taken, and degree earned.

✓ List secular and religious training background.

✓ List any significant ministry events that they candidate has spearheaded or participated in.

✓ List the types of service the candidate has done for their local church or para-church affiliation.
